 Ultra-Pure Graphene® powder UPG-001 is black in color, odorless with no additive, catalyst or metal impurities. UPG-001 has great electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical strength, has proven to be an important feature in research and development of a wide range of applications covering power supply, aviation, automotive, construction etc.Ultra-Pure Graphene® powder UGP-002 is black in color, odorless with no additive, catalyst or metal impurities consists of multilayer flakes, ranging between 3 and 13 layers [1 to 4.4 nm] in thickness. The material is treated to remove any non-sp2 carbon forms, resulting in very high performance and making it commercially very interesting.
Ultra-pure Graphene® Nano platelets (UPGNP) are slightly crumpled, like all our material grades, achieving performance, dispersability and avoidance of stacking. Thus, the material is an extremely good Nano filler suitable for polymer composites [both thermosets and thermoplastics], coatings and water and solvent based inks. In these matrices the material has demonstrated improvement in electrical and thermal conductivity performance as well as an increase in modulus and tensile strength. The flake size distribution is particularly beneficial where high resolution composites [in printing 2D or 3D] are to be achieved.
Ultra-Pure Graphene® powder UGP-003 is black in color, odorless with no additive, catalyst or metal impurities consists of multilayer flakes, ranging between 3 and 15 layers in thickness. The production process parameters allow us to supply this high-performance grade material to our industrial partners on a commercial scale and in a cost-effective way.
Ultra-Pure Graphene® Nano platelets (UPGNP) are slightly crumpled, ensuring performance and avoiding stacking at the same time. Thus, our graphene is an extremely good nano filler suitable for polymer composites [both thermosets and thermoplastics], coatings and metal composites. In these matrices the material has demonstrated improvement in mechanical [tensile, torsion and abrasion], as well as electrical conductivity performance.
